just download and install and you will see the program icon on your desktop by clicking on it you will see a small window that asks you to enter the password for every files, tap and confirm it in the second column.
Once you have added a folder, it will be automatically locked. In this case, you can only access it from Instant LOCK or when you remove it from the list.

In the "Settings" menu you can disable Instant LOCK from staying on top of other applications, along with Windows menu integration
